Each material has its own specific care method. You can find detailed instructions on cleaning, storage, and emergency steps on our Care Guide page. (Conditioning is not recommended for textured or hair-on surfaces.)

Domestic orders within Türkiye are dispatched within 2-5 business days with free shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

International shipping rates calculated at checkout do not include customs and import duties. Any customs clearance fees or local taxes that may arise are the responsibility of the customer.

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be in their unworn, original condition and sent back fully intact with all packaging, including the product tag, security tag, dust bag, shoe tree, and the original invoice.

Shoes must be tried on strictly on a carpeted or protected surface. Shoes returned with scratched soles, with the protective film removed from the sole, or with stains cannot be accepted for return.

Our shoes are produced according to European standards and are true to size. It is recommended to order your regular size. If you are between two sizes, a larger size can be preferred for a more comfortable fit.
