Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding sales made through MAISON TASH, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer: The consumer whose information is provided during the ordering process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products electronically ordered by the Buyer through the MAISON TASH website.

The main characteristics of the product, its sale price, and delivery information are displayed in the order summary and order confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

The product price, any applicable shipping charges, and all other applicable costs are displayed to the Buyer before the order is completed.

Information regarding the available payment methods and payment provider is presented during the checkout process.

4. Delivery

The product will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process within the timeframe specified in the order confirmation.

The Seller is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur until the product is delivered to the consumer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must send a clear written notification to the Seller, including by email, within the 14-day period.

Withdrawal notifications may be sent to info@maisontashofficial.com.

Following the withdrawal notification, the product should be returned unused and in a condition suitable for resale, together with its original packaging and invoice where possible.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Exceptions provided under applicable legislation remain reserved.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products prepared according to the consumer's specific requests or personal requirements, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, products whose protective elements have been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or products that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

7. Returns and Refunds

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, the product price and any delivery charges required to be refunded under applicable legislation will be reimbursed to the Buyer within the applicable statutory period.

8. Defective Products and Complaints

The Buyer should inspect the product promptly upon delivery.

If the product is defective or does not conform to the order, the Buyer's statutory rights and remedies under applicable consumer protection legislation remain reserved.

9. Dispute Resolution

For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye located at the Buyer's place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction was carried out shall have jurisdiction, subject to the applicable monetary thresholds and other provisions of Turkish law.

10. Entry into Force

Before completing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement.

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically accepted and the order is completed.

The Seller will retain this Agreement for the period required under applicable legislation.
